In the 2020 Jilin Province Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award announced by the Jilin Provincial Department of Education, the doctoral dissertation of Prof. ZHANG Long, entitled "Research on the Dynamic Effectiveness of Monetary Policy" was awarded the Provincial Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation in the first-level discipline of Applied Economics. The paper analyzes the effectiveness of monetary policy implementation tools and the effectiveness of monetary policy implementation measures by constructing a series of nonlinear models, and on this basis, a nonlinear form of monetary policy model is designed, which provides a reference to the central bank's monetary policy regulation.
