ICFS teacher HONG Zheng and his co-authors published a paper titled “Industrial Jump, Financial Structure and China's Economic Growth” on Management World. On the basis of combing the data of Chinese industrial enterprises, the article discovered the leading role of state-owned enterprises in industrial jump and thus they built a dynamic general equilibrium model including the state-owned sector and credit friction, which proved that the state-owned system in developing countries could boost the economic growth.
