ICFS FANG Ming Attended the Meeting of CFSTC/WG6 and Was Employed as an Expert

From July 3 to July 4, 2019, the meeting of the Working Group of CFSTC, sponsored by China Financial Standardization Technical Committee (CFSTC), was successfully held in the multi-functional hall on the second floor of Wellington Hotel, Chongqing. The meeting was presided over by YANG Qian, General Manager of Standardization Department of China Financial Computerization Corp. (CFCC). More than 80 representatives from 22 member units of the working group attended the meeting. YANG Fuyu, Deputy Inspector of the Technology Department of the People's Bank of China (PBC), delivered a speech. LI Xiaoliang, Director of the Standard Innovation Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), conducted a special training on the transformation of international standards and the working policies and experience of foreign language versions of Chinese standards. The Technical Committee of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO / TC68) shared the progress and experience of key working groups on international standards and the hot topics of the 38th ISO / TC68 annual meeting. The work plan and working mechanism of CFSTC/WG6 were studied. The policies and suggestions on the transformation of international standards and the foreign language version of Chinese standards were discussed in depth. At the same time, an expert appointment ceremony was held. Director of Global Financial Strategy Lab of Collaborative of Innovation Center of Financial Security and ICFS in SWUFE, chief researcher and doctoral supervisor FANG Ming, attended the meeting and was employed as an expert of CFSTC/WG6 from June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2021. What is worth attention for SWUFE is that in order to respond to China's active participation in the formulation of international financial standards and promote the internationalization of China's financial standards, attendees also discussed the construction of standardization of finance discipline and personnel training in the meeting.
