第21届中德货币政策暨金融安全研讨会征文通知

为促进经济金融理论和政策研究的发展，积极推动相关学术领域的国际交流，西南财经大学、柏林财经政法大学、德意志联邦银行柏林与勃兰登堡大区分行、中国人民银行上海总部拟于2021年11月在成都共同举办“第21届中德货币政策暨金融安全研讨会”。会议的宗旨是为国内外金融和经济领域的专家学者提供一个高水平的开放交流平台，促进最新研究成果的探讨，并增进相互之间的合作。

本次会议将与Eurasian Economic Review(EAER)合作出版特刊，现对“数字金融服务的监管挑战”主题进行征文。

一、征文主题

会议的主题为“数字金融服务的监管挑战”，欢迎任何符合Eurasian Economic Review(EAER)一般标准的论文投稿，包括但不限于以下方向：

1.数字金融服务发展与传统银行业转型

2. 高科技和数字金融服务

3．加密资产和法定货币

4. 新冠肺炎和数字金融服务

5. 数字金融服务与可持续发展目标之间的关系

6. 移民、汇款和数字金融服务

7. 发展数字金融服务的影响和风险

8. 数字金融服务在金融领域的竞争以及对于金融稳定的影响

9. 数字金融服务（特别是加密资产）的金融诚信风险

10. 数字金融服务用户保护（数据使用、欺诈、存款保险）

11. 传统金融服务、数字金融服务与监管套利

12. 监管力度对数字金融服务发展环境的影响

13. 中央银行数字货币：需求和挑战

二、投稿须知

稿件语言需为英文，投稿人在投稿前请参考http://springer.com/economics/journal/40822。每篇论文将至少由一名审稿人和一名客座审稿人进行双盲审稿。投稿人请通过http://www.editorialmanager.com/eaer/Default.aspx投稿（word或者pdf格式）。投稿人在投稿时需注明该论文是针对“数字金融服务的监管挑战”特刊提交，提交时从下拉菜单中选择SI标题。

CONFERENCE OVERVIEW:

The 21st Conference on Monetary Policy and Financial Security provides an open platform to bring together scholars and policy makers to present their research and argument on monetary policy and related macroeconomics fields, and to stimulate exchanges on new developments and thoughts in this area. It will be held in Chengdu in 2021.

This year we will cooperate withEurasian Economic Review (EAER，A Journal in Applied Macroeconomics and Finance).We would like to call for papers for the special issue “Regulatory Challenges with Digital Financial Services” inEurasian Economic Review.

Qing Wang (Dean of Institute of Chinese Financial Studies; Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Chengdu/China)

TOPICS:

The theme of this year's seminar is on Regulatory Challenges with Digital Financial Services, any empirical, theoretical or literature survey manuscripts that meet the general criteria ofEurasian Economic Revieware welcome，and deals with the following topics (but not limited to):

PAPER SUBMISSION:

Priority will be given to single- and multi-country studies of China and Europe with an emphasis on contemporary regulatory challenges to digital financial services and with clear recommendations for policy.

Prior to submitting a paper for this special issue, authors are further advised to seek guidance for Eurasian Economic review from the following URL:http://springer.com/economics/journal/40822.

Each full paper submission will be double blind reviewed by at least one referee and one of the guest editors.

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically as Word or PDF documents throughhttp://www.editorialmanager.com/eaer/Default.aspx.

Authors should mention in the Cover Letter to the Guest-Editors that the paper is submitted for the Special Issue Regulatory Challenges with Digital Financial Services. They are also requested to select the SI Title from the relevant drop-down menu during the submission process.

Desk rejection notification: 15 December, 2021
