个人简介

副教授、博士生导师。澳大利亚阿德莱德大学商学院金融学博士,一直致力于公司金融、银行学，取得一系列重要研究成果。在Corporate Governance: An International Review、International Review of Finance等期刊发表高水平论文9篇。Corporate Governance: An International Review、Finance Research Letters和International Review of Finance and Analysis等刊物匿名审稿人。
